By accessing or registering on LabERP ("the Platform") or downloading our software from official app stores, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Diagnostic Laboratory Responsibility

Subscribing pathology diagnostic centers are solely responsible for ensuring test accuracy, validating medical reference values, and maintaining qualified medical personnel authorization before releasing verified reports to patients.

3. Service Availability & Support

We strive for 99.9% cloud platform uptime. Regular security updates and automated backups are performed daily to preserve data integrity.
